The Cambridge Building Society has refreshed its mortgage range.
It has reduced application fees on all core fixed rate mortgage products and added a 90% LTV offering across the entire fixed residential product range.
Five-year fixed rate mortgages now start from 3.69% (they were previously from 3.79%), with fee-free remortgage products from 3.89% (previously 4.79%).
Andy Lucas, commercial director at The Cambridge, said: “2011 was a great year for The Cambridge
