The Ipswich Building Society is extending five existing partnerships with SimplyBiz Mortgages, Intrinsic, Sesame, Mortgage Intelligence and Personal Touch FS, allowing their intermediaries to access the society’s mortgage products regardless of their location.
This expands the reach of the Society’s network beyond its heartland areas of Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire – for properties in England and Wales.
Each intermediary partner will have a dedicated business development manager and specialist intermediary sales team based at the society’s head office in Ipswich, Suffolk.
The society recently launched a dedicated broker brand, new intermediary proposition and specialised website.
Michelle Stevens, head of mortgage sales at the Ipswich, said: “We have focused on developing strategic partnerships with trusted broker clubs and networks in order to strengthen our commitment to the sector, and to extend the reach of our services across the country.”
