Leeds Building Society has appointed David Fisher and Phil Jenks as non-executive directors.
Fisher is currently a non-executive director of the Law Society and former chief executive of Sainsbury’s Bank. His previous roles also include a range of divisional board positions and Group HR director at HBOS Plc, and HR director at Lloyds Banking Group.
Jenks is currently a specialist adviser to the Housing Finance Select Committee. During his career he has held senior positions at Halifax Mortgages and was head of mortgage strategy and development at HBOS Plc, where he became chief operating officer, mortgages.
