The Leeds Building Society is cutting the rate of its fees assisted two year fixed rate mortgage at 90% LTV from 3.79% to 3.29%.
The deal includes a free valuation and fees assisted legal services for standard remortgages, with a £199 fee.
“Two year fixed rate mortgages are consistently our most popular product so we’re pleased to be able to reduce the rate on this deal,“ said Martin Richardson, Leeds Building Society’s general manager – business development.
“We work hard to offer borrowers a range of alternative packages across our fixed and variable rate mortgages so they can choose the product with the term and features which best suits their own individual circumstances.”
