Leeds Building Society has cut rates by 0.3 percentage points on its three-year fixed rate shared ownership mortgage.
It is now available at 6.29% or 6.69% up to 80% and 95% loan to value respectively.
The mutual is also offering a free valuation up to £335 and free in house legal services for remortgages. There is a booking fee of £199.
