The Loan Partnership has recently completed a second charge mortgage for a customer in 13 days.
The firm was approached by a mortgage broker who was unable to place the application for a remortgage due to historical credit history. The Loan Partnership was able to place the case with United Trust Bank.
Despite the need to get the consent of the first mortgage company to the proposed second charge, completion still took place in under two weeks.
The customer consolidated their existing credit, securing a better rate and reduced their monthly outgoings by over £200 per month.
Joe Defries, managing director of The Loan Partnership, said: “These are the type of applications I am delighted to see complete. Our priority is the right outcome for our customers, and it’s great to see a ‘win win’ situation where our introducer, our customer and our lender are all very happy with what we have achieved.
“This can only be done with full co-operation of all parties to the transaction, and we are grateful to have valued introducers and great relationships with our lenders that make this possible.”
Caroline Mirakian (pictured), sales and marketing director at UTB, added: “It always makes our task much easier when we receive well packaged business, which is what The Loan Partnership are renowned for.
“Our products are designed to help customers who may have had credit blemishes in the past but are currently doing well and with our help, can do even better.
“UTB remains committed to the second charge market and our valued introducers, like The Loan Partnership.”
