The Mortgage Broker Club launches following pilot

The Mortgage Broker Club, a new digital service to support mortgage brokers across the country, has been launched by Michael O’Brien and Sean Rogers.

It is designed to help mortgage brokers save time when comparing and reviewing the products and tools they need across more than 24 different categories.

The pair have also launched a podcast and YouTube channel, the MLC Show for Property Professionals. The shows feature the latest news, opinions, and debate about the key issues in the sector along with features on mental health, business development, and making the most of our time. Guests such as Nicola Firth, Tanya Toumadj, Spencer Lodge, Graham Wilson, Ash Borland, and Kim McGinley have already been interviewed ahead of their launch.

Mortgage brokers who visit the website can access a broker tools section including over 24 categories providing a convenient way of researching and securing new partners, not limited to but including compliance, coaching, training, networks, packagers, insurers, and lead generation partners.

O’ Brien said: “Time is in short supply. We want to be able to help brokers free up their time to enable them to do what they do best – advising clients and meeting their needs.

“As part of our market research we have spoken with hundreds of brokers in the past 12 months and over 60 companies who supply services to the broker market. There are so many developments and changes across different products and systems it can be very difficult to keep track of when you are busy working long hours. We want to try and make that easier across a range of different channels. Trying to work on the business is difficult when you spend all day working in the business.”

The Mortgage Broker Club also offers bespoke services for mortgage brokers, including a free to register & no-obligation conveyancing service along with reputation enhancement and customer reward membership packages. The conveyancing service includes custom built software, a bespoke conveyancing panel, with additional benefits for brokers.

Rogers said: “We were delighted with the success of the pilots earlier this year.

“Our membership packages help to increase brokers reputations online increasing the volume of positive google reviews and ratings increasing the chances of more local referrals being generated organically online. The service also helps increase repeat business and word of mouth referrals which will always be vital throughout 2021 and beyond.

“The primary goal is to ensure that brokers and clients receive a 5-star service. I have over 17 years’ experience in legal services and have been able to communicate with firms at management level knowing what it is like to run a firm in the past myself. We work with the firms extremely closely. I cannot reinforce that point enough. We do not ask anything that impacts upon their performance. We share a strict SLA with brokers so that everyone knows the levels of communication, updates, and performance from the onset. We communicate with the firms every two weeks. We monitor and make available to brokers the conveyancing firms Google / Trustpilot reviews within the software.

“By working with the right firms, with an agreed SLA, strong policing, with transparent and regular communication we can support brokers with strong support during the conveyancing process. The extra benefits brokers receive make the overall package extremely compelling but that should not detract from our primary benefit which is the quality of the legal services on offer.”
