The Mortgage Lender restructures sales team

The Mortgage Lender has restructured its sales and distribution team to improve support for its distribution and intermediary partners and strengthen strategic relationships with target markets.

The field BDM team now comprises of two verticals led by David Eaves as head of sales – North & South West, and Chris Kirby as head of sales – Midlands, South & specialist distribution. Eaves will also continue to oversee TML’s telephone sales hub at its Glasgow head office.

There is also an increased focus on distribution partners with the creation of two new roles, with Anum Mahmood as key account manager – specialist distribution, and Charlie Stack as key account manager – corporate accounts, for network and clubs.

A position has also been created to help develop TML’s portfolio proposition and relationships with brokers supporting portfolio landlords, with Sarah McCawley being appointed as key account manager.

Meanwhile, Keith Campsie has been appointed as BDM for Central London, having previously held the same role in the Home Counties South. He will be responsible for enhancing TML’s ties to brokers in Greater London, whilst also developing new relationships and providing support.
