The Mortgage Works (TMW) is extending all end dates on its TMW Residential and Guarantor products tomorrow.

Any DIPs for existing products must be progressed to full mortgage application by 8pm on 15 April. Faxed DIPs will not be accepted – TMW Online will need to be used.
Paper applications, where applicable, must be postmarked up to 15 April 2011. There is no booking system in place for these products.
