Towergate Health & Protection has welcomed two new group risk consultants, Rob Joyce and Savas Kilicer.
The group risk consulting team now totals 18 experienced consultants.
Joyce joined at the end of March, and Savas early May. Both have been appointed as specialist group risk consultants who will be advising on, and managing, a portfolio of existing group risk clients. They will also work with other departments within the Ardonagh Group to introduce new clients to group risk.
Both Joyce and Kilicer join Towergate Health & Protection from Mercer. They bring a breadth and depth of experience in wider employee benefits including healthcare, giving them a good grounding in advising on how group risk can dovetail with other employee benefits. Both have a great track record in understanding client needs, and will work across all sizes of customer within the SME sphere.
The company is currently also recruiting in their group risk administration team to match the pace of recruitment of consultants, so consultants have one-to-one support.
