United Trust Bank (UTB) has made three senior appointments to its development finance division.
Paul Turton (pictured) has joined as head of sales for the division. He previously worked at NatWest Real Estate Finance, serving the residential, PRS and student housing sectors. He will be working with division head Noel Meredith to raise the bank’s profile amongst developers, finance brokers and other associated professionals around the country.
Huw Jenkins has joined as property development manager from Bank of Ireland and will be developing UTB’s business and relationships in the North West. He has worked in senior positions for major banks and spent three years as commercial and finance director of Publico Limited.
Meanwhile, Paul Flannery becomes property development manager and will be helping UTB to increase its presence and lending to developers in the London area. He was most recently a director at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and has also worked in senior corporate banking and property finance roles at Bank of Ireland, Danske Bank and NatWest.
