TSB is making changes to its mortgage product range.
The changes are as follows:
- Five-year fixed remortgage 0-60% LTV with £1,495 fee rates reduced by 0.05 percentage points. Customers will also receive the option of £300 cashback and no free legal OR free legals (no cashback).
- Withdrawal of five-year fixed House Purchase 0-75% LTV with £1,495 fee
- Withdrawal of five-year fixed remortgage 0-75% LTV with £1,495 fee.
