TSB has revised its residential range of fixed rate mortgages.
Changes are as follows:
- Three-year fixed house purchase 80-85% LTV range reduced by 0.05 percentage points
- 10-year fixed house purchase 60-75% LTV range reduced by 0.05 percentage points
- Three-year fixed remortgage 0-85% LTV range reduced by up to 0.10 percentage points
- 10-year fixed remortgage 60-75% LTV range reduced by 0.05 percentage points
Nick Smith, TSB’s head of mortgages, said: “We are seeing more and more of our borrowers wanting to fix their mortgages for a longer period.
“Today’s reduction in interest rates will not only be welcome news financially, but it will also offer peace of mind to those wanting certainty of payments for the next few years.”
