TSB has made rate adjustments to three residential mortgages available through brokers.
TSB’s two-year fixed and tracker mortgages, available to customers with a 0-60% loan-to-value (LTV), will increase by 0.10 percentage points, whilst TSB’s three-year fixed rate mortgages available to customers with a LTV up to 75% will increase 0.15 percentage points .
