Tube station proximity premium increases

Research from the Nationwide Building Society suggests that there is a £27,000 premium for a property 500 metres from nearest London tube station, compared with a similar property 1,500 metres from a station.

It also found that, on average, London houses closest to Circle Line stations are the most expensive, those nearest the Metropolitan Line are cheapest.
