Twenty7tec has announced the addition of the Cumberland Building Society to its SOURCE module.
The Cumberland Building Society currently offer holiday let mortgages to the whole of the UK, as well as residential lending to brokers located within its core operating area, including Cumbria (CA and LA postcodes), Southwest Scotland (all DG and TD9 postcodes), North Lancashire (all PR FY LA BB1-BB2 and BB5-BB7 postcodes) and West Northumberland (NE34-49).
The mutual says its operating area will grow over time as it evolves its distribution strategy.
