Spotcap UK has reported that Ian Mills and Duncan Ballingall have joined the UK team as partnership manager and underwriter, respectively.
The pair will support Spotcap in helping a growing number of UK businesses with swift and flexible unsecured loans.
Mills (pictured, left) joins from Boost Capital. He has over 20 years of experience working in commercial finance, including 18 years at NatWest. At Spotcap, he will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with Spotcap’s extensive partner network and supporting relevant loan applications from start to finish.
Ballingall (pictured, right) has previously worked in Funding Circle’s loan operations team. At Spotcap, he will analyse and verify financial and non-financial information to determine the creditworthiness of a business applying for an unsecured loan.
In September 2019, Spotcap extended its unsecured loan offering with no personal guarantee (PG) to also include partial or full PGs and corporate guarantees.
