United Trust Bank moves to new City offices

United Trust Bank has moved to new offices in Moorgate, in the City of London.

The lender is now based on the 28th floor of CityPoint, which was previously known as Britannic House and Britannic Tower.

United Trust Bank has almost doubled its staff numbers in the last three years and has now outgrown the space available at its current offices. Despite securing extra space on an additional floor last year, the Bank has continued to expand faster than the space available.

Harley Kagan, managing director of United Trust Bank, said: “This is a very exciting time for United Trust Bank. The business has grown substantially over the last few years as we’ve added new products and attracted a much wider broker base. Demand for our services continues to grow and we have plans to develop the business still further with additional new products and enhancements in the pipeline. With our recruitment drive set to continue throughout 2015, we needed to take decisive action.

“The new offices in CityPoint will give us the space we need to deliver our expansion plans and give our team a superb working environment. As you’d expect, the building is being equipped with the latest technology and this will complement the ongoing development of our own IT and communication systems. And being situated in The City we’ll have excellent transport links and be close to many of the brokers and businesses with whom we regularly transact.

“Although the views we have from New Zealand House are amazing, the views across London from our new offices are equally stunning. We’re looking forward to welcoming brokers, colleagues and customers to our new offices after Easter.”
