United Trust Bank has announced the winner of its 2014 ‘Best of British’ promotion. Throughout 2014 United Trust Bank ran a broker promotion to give away tickets to some major sporting events.
The winner is Andrew McVicar of Alchemy Capital, who has chosen to attend The FA Cup Final, Wimbledon and the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
On receiving his prize, McVicar (pictured, left), said: “UTB surveys are focused, quick & easy to complete and I’m always happy to provide feedback to hopefully assist an impressive asset finance unit. However, I’m even more pleased to win UTB’s “Best of British” promotion in the process. I’m really looking forward to savouring some truly superb sporting events this coming summer so a big thank you to head of asset finance, Martin Nixon and the UTB team for providing this excellent prize and hospitality.”
Nixon (pictured, right) said: “I’m delighted to present Andrew with his ‘Best of British’ prize. He’s chosen to go to some of the UK’s most sought after sporting events and I’m sure he’s going to have a great time. Andrew regularly takes part in our broker surveys and is a great supporter of the Bank and the asset finance team. Brokers and other professionals who participated in our online surveys or visited us on our stands at various Expos had a chance to win our Best of British promotion. The more often they took part the more entries they got and the greater their chances of winning.
