Vida Homeloans has reintroduced its Limited Edition range of residential and buy-to-let mortgages.
The products are available up to a maximum of 70% LTV, with Vida offering its lowest ever rates of 2.69% for residential business and 3.14% for buy-to-let business.
New Residential Limited Edition 70% LTV products on 2 and 5 year fixed rates:
- From 2.69% for 2-year fixed rate
- 2.99% for 2-year fixed rate Fee Saver (No product fee; valuation fee refund up to £650; free standard legals on remortgages)
- Maximum loan £1m
New Buy to Let Limited Edition 70% LTV products on 2 and 5 year fixed rates:
- From 3.14% for 2-year fixed rate
- 3.64% for 5-year fixed rate
- Maximum loan size of £500,000
