Vida offers brokers chance to help their local community

Vida Homeloans is marking the launch of its Helping Hand mortgage, the first Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor mortgage to be offered by a specialist lender, by offering mortgage brokers the chance to help a local school, community centre, charity or social/sports club improve its facilities in some way.

Entrants need to watch Vida’s new video about Helping Hand and answer five questions correctly for the chance to win £1,000-worth of labour and materials in a prize draw (no purchase necessary).

The entry deadline is 31 August. Terms and Conditions apply.

Louisa Sedgwick (pictured), director of sales – mortgages at Vida Homeloans, said: “We are proud of our new Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor mortgage and want to give brokers a helping hand in supporting their local communities.

“We are hoping to see some great ‘before and after’ photographs of facilities being renovated. We will also offer our PR resources to help the winner publicise their involvement in the project in their local media. Make sure you enter by 31st August.”
