Virgin Money is making changes to a selection of fixed rate mortgages.
The changes come into force at 8pm on Wednesday 2 February.
The revisions are as follows:
Residential Exclusives:
- Selected 75% and 80% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.05 percentage points.
Core:
- Selected 65% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.09 percentage points.
- Selected 75% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.05 percentage points.
- 85% LTV two and three-year fixed rate fee-savers will be increased to 1.82%.
- Help to Buy 75% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.04 percentage points.
Product Transfer:
- Selected 65% and 75% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.09 percentage points.
- Selected 80% and 85% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.04 percentage points.
- Help to Buy 75% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.04 percentage points.
