Virgin Money has increased a number of rates within its residential and buy-to-let ranges.
The changes are as follows:
Exclusives
- 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee has been increased to 1.67bps.
- Buy-to-let 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee has been increased to 1.55bps.
Core
- 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee has been increased by 0.02bps to 1.36%.
- Greener 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee has been increased by 0.02bps to 1.31%.
- 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver has been increased by 0.06bps to 1.60%.
- 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee has been increased by 0.12bps to 1.56%.
- Greener 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee has been increased by 0.12bps to 1.51%.
- 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver has been increased by 0.11bps to 1.69%.
- Selected 75% LTV fixed rates has been increased by up to 0.11bps.
- Selected Buy-to-let fixed rates has been increased by up to 0.09bps.
