Virgin Money is making changes to a number of mortgage products at 8pm this evening (12 May).
The changes are as follows:
Exclusive Purchase:
- 75% LTV two-year fixed rate at 2.49% with £495 fee will be withdrawn
- 80% LTV five-year fixed rate at 2.42% with £495 fee will be withdrawn
- 85% LTV five-year fixed rate at 2.53% with £495 fee will be withdrawn
Exclusive Remortgage:
- 75% LTV five-year fixed rate at 2.30% with £1,295 fee will be withdrawn
Core:
- Selected 65% – 80% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.11 percentage points
Product Transfer:
- 80% LTV two-year fixed rate with £995 fee will be increased by 0.04 percentage points to 2.44%
- 80% LTV two-year fixed rate fee-saver will be increased by 0.01 percentage points to 2.69%
- 80% LTV five-year fixed rate fee-saver will be increased by 0.04 percentage points to 2.77%
