Virgin Money is making a series of changes to selected mortgage products.
The changes will take place at 8pm today (8 September).
Details are as follows:
Core Residential
- All 65-80% LTV 2 and 3 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.30 percentage points
- All 85-95% LTV 2 and 3 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.40 percentage points
- All 65-80% LTV 5, 7, 10, and 15 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.20 percentage points
- All 85-95% LTV 5, 7, 10 and 15 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.30 percentage points
Core Buy-to-let
- All 2 and 3 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.40 percentage points
- All 5 and 10 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.30 percentage points
- The end dates will move to 1 February of the relevant year.
