Hood Group has been appointed by the West Brom to provide third party administration services.
Hood Group is providing administration services supporting the West Brom’s home insurance proposition which is underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA), a strategic insurance partner for Hood Group. This includes sales support and administrative customer services including customer helpline, policy fulfilment, mid-term adjustments and renewals.
In addition, Hood Group has built a new platform for West Brom to facilitate the sale of new business. Existing business will migrate on to this new platform at a later date.
