The Y3S Group has reported that the merger of two of its subsidiaries has been completed.
Y3S Loans and B2B Loans & Mortgages are now one brokerage operating under the Y3S Loans brand. It will continue to provide secured loan packaging services to the nation’s financial intermediaries.
The merged operation will be headed by newly-appointed director of secured loans Dilan Evans.
