Yorkshire Building Society has launched its lowest ever two-year fixed rate mortgage at 3.09%, as well as reducing some fixed rate deals by up to 0.40%.
One-year fixed rates begin at 2.99% (up to 75% LTV) with a fee of £195, two-year deals start at 3.09% (up to 60% LTV) with a fee of £1,195 and three-year fixed rates begin at 4.14% (up to 75% LTV) with a fee of £495.
The new mortgages all have free valuation and legal fees for remortgage customers and offset versions are also available.
