Zurich has appointed Gareth Howell as director of its UK personal lines broker business.
He will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and operational change programme for the personal lines broker business. He is also tasked with “re-defining”” Zurich’s customer and broker propositions. Howell will will report to Karl Bedlow
