Mortgage distributor 3mc is relaunching a 90% LTV residential mortgage with no packager fee.
The deal, which was first launched in April this year to mark 3mc’s appointment to Kensington’s packager panel, is now being offered with the choice of a 4.99% two-year fix or 5.29% three-year fix.
It is available through 3mc’s network partners: Home Loan Partnership, The Right Mortgage and Protection Network, Sesame, Stonebridge Network and to directly authorised members of the PMS Mortgage Club.
Doug Hall, director of 3mc, said: “This deal has proven to be very popular and I’m therefore delighted to announce its relaunch today. Not only is it offering a choice of a two or three year fixed rates to 90% LTV, but the packaging fee is also being waived. There is also an option providing a free valuation, no completion fee and free legals on remortgages.”
