Advise Wise Mortgage Club has launched a specialist solicitor panel for its members.
Advise Wise has partnered with Ashfords and GWlegal to offer its Mortgage Club’s members the opportunity to refer to specialist solicitors for their case completion.
Ashfords is a national provider of legal, professional and regulatory services, with a dedicated equity release team who specialises in advising clients on the legal implications of lifetime mortgages and reversion plans.
Ashfords can assist clients in their six offices and have 22 contracted agents based across the country to meet customers in their homes irrespective of location.
GWlegal is a national law firm with over 15 years’ experience advising homeowners on equity release plans.
The GW team provides clients with a free home visit service by a qualified lawyer where clients can ask questions and receive advice and support completing their legal documentation. Clients and their financial advisers can also track progress 24/7 on their PC, tablet or mobile via their own GW Account.
Mortgage Club members will be able to refer to these specialists from the Mortgage Club section on their Advise Wise account.
