Countrywide Residential Lettings has acquired Wakefield lettings business Letmove.com.
This is the 12th lettings acquisition of the year for Countrywide.
Earlier this year, the Group purchased Sheffield estate agency Blundells, Sheffield lettings agency Spencers, and South Yorkshire lettings business Mike Jolly Estates.
Based 10 miles south of Leeds, the Wakefield portfolio encompasses over 450 properties across the whole of the area, in addition to covering suburbs within the South Leeds region. The centrally based branch in the Lower Kirkgate area will continue to operate as normal, with staff transferring across with the lettings business.
