Avamore Capital has appointed VAS Panel to run alongside its own in-house panel management database.
Under the terms of the latest agreement, VAS Panel’s database will be used in core geographical areas to ensure the most relevant third-party RICS-qualified surveyors are instructed based on location, deal type and value.
VAS Panel will operate its Quality Control processes to ensure clients have the greatest confidence when making lending decisions.
