Bank of Ireland UK had broadened choice across all loan to values in its two, three and five-year fixed rate mortgage ranges.
The offering features a two-year fixed rate available to brokers at 60% LTV with a rate of 1.13%. This will also include free standard legals and free valuation and comes with a £995 arrangement fee.
Buy-to-let rates start at 1.65% for a two-year fixed rate, which includes free standard legals, valuation and comes with a £1,495 arrangement fee.
The range also offers more choice with options of free valuation, free standard legals or cash back – as well as no arrangement fee products.
