The benefits of niche financial solutions

In any industry, a niche sector provides a differentiated and beneficial product or service offering. This is certainly the case in the financial services sector, where there are a number of niche and alternative financial solutions available to borrowers; including bridging and short term finance.

Whilst short term lending is regarded as a niche element of the property finance sector in own right, there are further ‘niche pockets’ of specialist lending within this arena, including development finance, mezzanine finance, large loans finance and financing of complex portfolios, to name only a few.

Within these specialist lending areas, a greater degree of knowledge, experience and expertise, aligned to lending requirements is required to ensure that cases are suitably and appropriately financially engineered in line with borrower requirements.

In 2014, having made the decision to enter the large loans marketplace and having identified that there is a clear and distinct difference between traditional bridging finance, and the niche large loan sector, The Bridgebank Capital Group established its specialist large loan brand; Quantum by Bridgebank Capital. A dedicated, professional corporate lending team of highly experienced, seasoned property finance professionals, was therefore formed to create added value for borrowers, and deliver the highest standards of property finance expertise and know how.

When processing loans of this large size and complexity, the Quantum by Bridgebank Capital team require a partnership and transparent approach to be adopted by the corporate advisor involved in the case.
