The next Buy to Let Event will take place in Bracknell on 29 September, followed by London on 30 September.

Buy to Let Club’s specialist events have taken place in Maidstone, Southampton, Wigan and Birmingham so far this year.

The event is designed to provide support on all of the major issues. Topics to be addressed will include the challenge of rising rental calculations, the implications of the forthcoming changes to landlord tax relief and the limited company option amongst others.

The free, half-day CPD opportunity is designed to enable brokers to get maximum benefit from the broad selection of lenders in attendance and the knowledge on hand.

Hosted by Buy to Let Club managing director, Ying Tan, the panel debate members are: Bob Young, CEO, Fleet Mortgages; Adrian Moloney, sales director, OneSavings Bank; Robert Barnard, sales director, Pepper Home Loans; Hans Geberbauer, CEO, Paratus AMC (London only); and Alan Cleary, managing director, Precise Mortgages (Bracknell only).

Accord Mortgages, Aldermore, Axis Bank, BM Solutions, Castle Trust, Coventry, Fleet Mortgages, Foundation Home Loans, Kent Reliance, Landbay, NatWest, Pepper Home Loans, Precise Mortgages, Santander for Intermediaries and Virgin Money are all going to be present.

Tan said: “We’re excited about returning to Bracknell and London. The positive feedback we have received to date proves that there is a real need for an event such as this. The industry has faced so many changes in the last 12 months that many brokers are looking to improve their buy-to-let knowledge in order to give clients the very best possible advice. We’re happy to be able to facilitate this.”

Moloney added: “As the buy-to-let market is facing unprecedented change, it is vitally important that intermediaries have access to key decision makers. The Buy to Let Event gives us, and other specialist lenders, the platform to share our insight and knowledge with brokers which will ultimately benefit their clients.”

The event is fully subscribed for Bracknell and London, but Buy to Let Club has announced two further locations for 2016: Milton Keynes on 23 November and Bristol on 24 November.
