James Neave has been appointed by Castle Trust as head of lending.
Neave joins from CoreLogic Solutions, a provider of services to the UK residential mortgage industry, where he was managing director. He was involved in the development of mortgage fraud detection software which facilitates underwriting and credit decisions.
Prior to this he was head of valuation services for Rightmove.co.uk.
Castle Trust said Neave will be responsible for ensuring the Partnership Mortgage is supported by “extensive and robust”” fraud detection systems and lending criteria.
