Short-term finance lender, Catalyst, is expanding its new business team with the appointment of Lee Griffiths, who joins in mid-July as the lender’s sixth relationship Manager.
He previously worked as a commercial property investment consultant for s years and for the past two years he worked for Iceberg, a division of Paragon Bank, specialising in asset finance, and working capital funding for the legal sector.
In his new role, Griffiths will be responsible for originating loans, structuring, and pricing lending terms and building successful customer relationships.

The recruitment of Lee into the new business team at Catalyst was an easy decision to make.
