Michael Clapper’s Clapper Holdings vehicle has embarked upon a joint venture with Werth Associates to launch a new intermediary referral proposition called sellmycommercialproperty.co.uk
The business looks to buy all types of UK commercial property, including shops, offices and industrial units in any UK location. Clapper says that decisions on whether or not to purchase, along with the offer price, are usually made within 48 hours, and sellers gain the added advantage of having no agency fees to pay.
Intermediaries introduce property owners that are looking to sell and will receive fees of up to 1% of the sale price payable on completion.
