Specialist distributor Complete FS is to hold its 2013 Expo on 19 June at the Meon Valley Golf and Country Club, Southampton.
Complete, which is in its 20th year of trading, is also celebrating its 10th consecutive Expo. Intermediaries will be able talk to 12 lenders from the residential and commercial mortgage market, as well as those from the worlds of bridging and secured loans, in a Round Table format.
There will also be opportunities to talk to exhibitors on their stands as well as make use of the golf course, sauna and swimming pool facilities or sail on the Solent.
Tony Salentino, Complete FS director, said: “This is a special year for Complete FS as it marks our 20th anniversary as a business and the 10th year we have run our annual Expo. Last year was a massive success with 21 exhibitors and over 120 visiting intermediaries.
“This year we decided to hold the event well into the year on the basis that more people would enjoy not only the opportunity to meet and talk to lenders and of course, the Complete FS team, but also that with better weather, more attendees could take advantage of the wonderful facilities at the Meon Valley Golf and Country Club.”
Fellow director Phil Jay added: “Clearly the Expo has an important role in providing opportunities to meet lenders face-to-face, especially as we are seeing a surge in business from our sector of the market.
“It not always easy to tell intermediaries of these great niches so an annual event is vital for Complete FS to share the good news.”
