For purchase, remortgage, further advance and product transfer
• 1.99% 2 Year Flexx Fixed to 31/12/22. 75% LTV, £499 product fee. No ERCs, RMTS included
Keith Williams, intermediary operations manager at the Coventry Building Society, said: “Remortgages and product transfers make up an important part of the market where demand remains healthy.
