Crystal Specialist Finance has reported year-on-year completion growth of 26%, with ongoing enquiries up by 31%.
The business has seen enquires rise across several divisions, with bridging up 33%, buy-to-let up 20% and commercial up 30% compared to last year.
This growth is also reflected in head count which now stands at 60 which is up 40% on last year, with the company expanding their sales and support functions to meet demand.

For Crystal, 2023 is a year of possibilities not problems and we have seen our Q1 momentum continue into the early part of Q2.
“In our recent 2023 survey, brokers told us that they would diversify, and we have supported them in this and in doing so completed business with over 26 different lenders in this quarter. We are excited to see what the rest of the year brings.”
