LendInvest has appointed Ian Boden as its sales director.
Boden (pictured) joins LendInvest with over 35 years’ experience in financial services. He was most recently head of commercial mortgages and portfolio management at Aldermore Bank, where he spent five years. Previously, he was local director and head of mortgages at Lloyds Bank for its Northern England network, among other roles.
At LendInvest, he will be responsible for leading the business development team and helping to introduce LendInvest’s expanding product range to new markets.
Matthew Tooth, chief commercial officer at LendInvest, said: “This year our sales team has grown in direct response to the demand we are seeing in the market. It’s great to have someone of Ian’s calibre joining us to lead that team. Bringing years of sector experience with him, Ian has a unique skill set that makes me confident he is the right man to be driving our business into new areas, both regionally and from a product perspective.“
