South Wales based second charge loans packager Chaseblue Loans has agreed terms on larger business premises and will soon be moving in line with its expansion plans.
The new offices will be able to accommodate 35 staff.
Y3S Group Ltd made a 50% investment into Chaseblue Loans last month.
The brokerage has outgrown its current offices and is currently undergoing a recruitment drive for trainee brokers that will embark on a new training program in March.
The firm has recently employed Dan Valluzzi and Kyle Pearce from another local brokerage and expects to be welcoming additional team members into its new offices in the near future.
“We are in a transitional period this year, growing from being a small, local brokerage into a nationally-known larger packager,” said managing director Ben Gillespie.
“Chaseblue has always been known for world-class service and to build on that we’re investing a lot of money and effort into our infrastructure in 2015 to provide even better services to our broker partners.”
