Industry veterans Martin Wilson, Simon Djemil, Amanda Wilson, Martin Reynolds and John Malone have joined forces to launch a new independent estate agency review website at www.agent-tracker.co.uk.
The five, who between them have over 125 years combined experience of the financial services market, say the site aims to raise standards within the industry.
Agent-tracker allows consumers to leave verified reviews about their experiences during the buying process. To leave a review on the site it is password protected, with the aim that only genuine vendors will be able to post a review.
Also, by completing a short questionnaire agent-tracker can award estate agents a star rating for their service.
Djemil said: “The original concept of the website is to allow consumers to make informed choices about which agent to choose to market their property. Buying and selling a property is a big decision and in most instances only occurs a handful of times during a consumer’s lifetime. Choosing the right agent is important.””
