First Complete has added the Nottingham to its lender panels for LSLi, Reeds Rains and Your Move.
The Nottingham’s products are available to limited distribution via its corporate partner relationships only.
First Complete advisers will now be able to access a range of high LTV mortgages for their clients as The Nottingham offers up to 90% LTV on residential deals and 75% on buy-to-let.
There are also free legal packages and free valuation for buy-to-let on new purchases and re-mortgages, along with a recently introduced residential deal with no early redemption charges.
First Complete advisers will have access to a team of regional development managers, a telephone support team and direct contact with an underwriter, assigned to each case until completion.
