Gen H has announced its latest intermediary partnership, this time with Brilliant Solutions.
Brilliant Solutions club members will now have access to Gen H’s offering of features that support aspiring home buyers facing affordability and deposit challenges. Onboarded firms will have access to Gen H’s digital tooling, including a new affordability calculator, criteria centre, and its broker platform, Gen H Pro.
Gen H offers residential mortgages up to 95% LTVs, supports self-employed applicants, and offers a number of affordability and deposit solutions.
Earlier this year, Gen H launched Gen H Legal, its dedicated conveyancing firm.
