Goldsmith Williams has claimed vindication for its stance over claims management firms who ask for up-front fees.
This following the news that the licence of the claims management company Cartel Client Review has been suspended by the Ministry of Justice. The legal firm handling Cartel’s claims had recently been closed down by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, leaving clients potentially facing court costs of several thousand pounds for failed court cases.
