Halifax is offering £750 cashback to first time buyers, home movers and those who switch from another lender when they complete on a qualifying mortgage before 29 April.
Eligible borrowers will also have a dedicated adviser to guide them through the mortgage process.
Andy Bickers, mortgages director at Halifax, said: “While moving house is a big and exciting milestone, it can also be a stressful time for some. Our latest cashback offer is designed to put some money back in our customers’ pockets at a time when they need it most.”
