Home Buyer Systems has claimed the title of first supplier in the market to offer FSA-compliant documentation and systems for brokers and providers undertaking sale-and-rent-back (SRB) business.
This includes specifically designed IDD- and KFI-style documents and a sales & compliance monitoring system that covers all the necessary steps and documentation required for the FSA’s interim regime for SRB. The full regime begins on 30 June 2010.
